Ongoing training is part of the job, and new employees undergo regular introductory programmes to get them off to a good start.
CEJ support the training of property managers. Every year we therefore take in two teams of trainees from the financial economist and financial bachelor’s study. The internship is based on your theoretical knowledge which we combine with practical experience within the management of properties. This gives you a ballast that develops you both professionally and personally.
