CEJ takes more square meters
As part of CEJ growth, our Aarhus department has moved into new spacious offices on Runevej with room for future growth.
CEJ is run on the basis of certain principles and values, and no one is too important to help someone else. As a new employee, you will contribute to that culture.
The right fit for CEJ won’t necessarily brandish a flashy CV and impressive experience. For us, good chemistry, professionalism and commitment are the overriding factors.
We look at the whole person when finding our new colleagues. This same principle applies when we assemble internal teams and match clients with our employees.
Ongoing training is part of the job, and new employees undergo regular introductory programmes to get them off to a good start.
Trainees
CEJ support the training of property managers. Every year we therefore take in two teams of trainees from the financial economist and financial bachelor’s study. The internship is based on your theoretical knowledge which we combine with practical experience within the management of properties. This gives you a ballast that develops you both professionally and personally.
As an employee, you’ll actively shape and influence CEJ. There’s always room for innovation when you want to be the market leader in terms of quality, like we do.
The culture of CEJ is very special. Our employees’ well-being is a prerequisite for our success in delivering both committed and value-adding property management every day.
With us, decision-making processes are short, so new ideas can move quickly from thought to action.
It is therefore no coincidence that CEJ has one of the longest average employee tenures in the industry.
“Ever since I started at CEJ, I have felt welcome and felt that my work is appreciated. My colleagues are willing to help and set aside time when I have a problem or a question, I need help to get an answer to.”
– Oliver Bo Andersen, trainee at CEJ
CEJ employees have an average seniority of more than six years
We are approximately 180 employees in Copenhagen and Aarhus
A flat hierarchy, with only two organisational layers in functions

“CEJ is constantly growing, but we have maintained a flat management structure so everyone can be heard, and new, good ideas can be realized quickly. We encourage employees to contribute to development and new thinking.”
— Anne Marie Oksen, CEO, CEJ
Constantly growing and developing, CEJ is always on the lookout for bright new talent.

For many, CEJ becomes a job for life. And this is no coincidence. It’s the result of our sincere interest in the well-being and development of our employees.
We focus on the potential and aspirations of our employees – both professionally and personally. At CEJ, we have a flat hierarchy with a short distance to the management. And that’s why we’re naturally good at creating opportunities and responding to requests for development, because we know each of our employees. You’ll work mostly in smaller offices with three to four other people, so you’ll be close to your team. And you’ll also have more peace and quiet than in a typical open plan office.
