CEJ monitors the consumption for all the properties we manage, so we can act if figures for any properties look inappropriate.

We have developed a tool that collects and benchmarks data from all the properties we manage. This way, we can easily see if the figures differ significantly from similar properties with the same profile and age. We compare parameters such as subscriptions, cleanliness, maintenance, and water and heating consumption. So we can act quickly and proactively if there are any deviations.

A maintenance plan is the best tool for getting ahead of what needs to be done when in order to create the most value.

Regardless of whether a property is old or newly built, it needs to be maintained. With an updated maintenance plan, you will know which tasks should be addressed first, and which can be postponed for several years. And it will be easier to anticipate and budget for expenses while maximising value, avoiding unpleasant surprises when e.g. the roof or the soil pipes need replacing.

CEJ Udlejning is a housing rental platform where we offer CEJ’s property owners targeted and efficient marketing of their properties. The platform receives over a million page views annually and generated approximately 10,000 inquiries in 2024.

When advertising on udlejning.cej.dk, properties are also made visible on multiple other portals, ensuring maximum exposure.

But that’s not all. We also promote listings through our own Facebook page, which reaches over 40,000 people per month – with a continuously growing follower base.

CEJ Udlejning is free and easy for tenants to use, featuring a user-friendly design. We utilize professional photography, digital visualization tools, and quick response times to swiftly find new tenants for available properties. A study by EjendomDanmark in November 2024 documented an average national vacancy rate of 2.6% for residential properties in Denmark. During the same period, CEJ’s portfolio had a vacancy rate of just 0.21%.
