In June, our CEO Anne Marie Oksen gave a presentation at the Real Estate Women’s Club’s network meeting, about diversity in management in the Danish real estate industry.
Anne Marie had been invited to talk about her career path and what it takes to reach the top of the industry as a woman – including what career advice she can give other women. She laid i.a. emphasis on the importance of being able to see opportunities and to dare to grow with them. And with empathy as a foundation, create a trusting working climate where discussions are effectively turned into solutions.
The Real Estate Women’s Club is a forum for young women in the age group 28-38 within the real estate industry who want to build relationships and exchange experiences.
