CEJ’s association department has been strengthened with the appointment of Cathrine Sejberg as Legal Consultant and Client Manager. Cathrine brings solid experience in association law, including her previous role as Head of Legal at Newsec, and contributes valuable legal expertise to our managers’ daily work.
When both the association and the manager need to be well-equipped, a practical approach is essential — especially where law and administration intersect. In this space, Cathrine will play a key role.
Cathrine has a sharp eye for the legal challenges that arise in the day-to-day operations of owner associations and for how they are best addressed.
It is rare for a legal professional in association management to get so close to the operational core, so I am truly excited to once again work closely with associations and be part of the managers’ everyday reality.
Legal advice is not only important when problems arise. On the contrary, it helps prevent issues and strengthens the association’s decision-making. That is why we are also happy to assist the board in reviewing contracts — for example, in connection with construction projects — or in revising the association’s statutes.
