Our Technical Department has reviewed a large commercial property in connection with operational and energy optimization of installations and technical facilities. During the review, several errors were found in the property’s CTS system (building automation), which could be corrected by using programming. Hereafter, CEJ made an improvement proposal that was sent to the customer.
The change has given users a better indoor climate and comfort experience, as well as a larger saving on energy consumption.
Operational and energy optimization is a service that is increasingly in demand. And CEJ’s Technical Department is already booked for many similar tasks on other commercial properties.
