Vi registrerer løbende driften og rapporterer forbrug af el, vand og varme i ejendommen. Det sker gennem driftsjournalen, som indeholder kommentarer og anbefalinger.
I CEJ anvender vi digital energistyring, det betyder, at vi via fjernaflæste målere kan udføre energiovervågning helt ned på timebasis. Gevinsterne er mange, fra de helt lavpraktiske årsopgørelser til mere avancerede energioptimeringer. Og den digitale tilgang giver os mulighed for at reagere hurtigt, hvis uheldet er ude, og fx et vandrør sprænger.
For virksomheder, fonde og alle, der arbejder med ESG, bistår CEJ med dokumentation og rapportering. Via vores digitale energistyring, kan vi opstille CO2-regnskaber for alle typer forbrug fx varme, vand og el. Desuden arbejder vi målrettet for at øge rapporteringen til nye områder som affald og transport.
