At CEJ, we prioritize long-lasting relationships, both with our customers and our employees. Our latest initiative is a partnership with Plantepakken, where our new employees will receive plants when they start at CEJ, instead of the traditional flower bouquets. These plants are Danish-produced and sourced from a selection of nurseries in Denmark.
This agreement helps bring nature into the office, improve air quality, and create a better indoor climate. In addition to the plant’s positive impact on the workplace, the partnership offers our new employees a welcome gift that has a smaller negative impact on the environment.
