Over the past month, we have experienced some instability on our online access, which we are very sorry for.
Together with the supplier, we are in the process of solving the problem, which unfortunately has turned out to be more complex than first imagined. We have weekly meetings with the supplier, who is currently working intensively on a special version that we can put into operation as soon as possible.
We cannot yet give a time estimate, but the task is a top priority for us and the supplier.
There may still be instability on our online access, and we encourage our customers to contact email@example.com if they experience persistent problems.
